Introduction: Europe-China Tattoo Artist Club, abbreviated ECTAC. It is a virtual interactive platform and non-profit organization co-founded by 75TATTOO in France. ECTAC is an international organization that presents to its followers information on all things related to tattoo: festival, studios, artists, equipment manufacturers, media publishing, fashion brands, convention centers, resort hotels, and more.

ECTAC was established to create opportunities for exchange and cooperation between Chinese and European tattoo artists and related industries. We want to disseminate modern tattoo art, enhance and expand tattoo culture, cultivate and support outstanding tattoo artists. We’ll build a more thriving, creative tattoo world.

ECTAC submitted an application for registration to the French government in 2018, signed by the Seine-Maritime Office, it’s currently the only, recognized and legal, Chinese tattoo organization in Europe.
